Operations Manager
About Zaria
Zaria is building the infrastructure for institutional- and consumer-grade servicing, backup servicing, and collateral agency specifically for crypto margin loans. We’re bridging traditional structured finance and digital asset ecosystems—bringing precision, transparency, and interoperability to a rapidly evolving asset class.
We operate at the intersection of credit risk, fintech infrastructure, and crypto trading and custody, serving lenders, investors, banks, and rating agencies who need trusted, third-party administration of crypto collateralized margin loans.
The Role
We’re looking for a high-capacity, detail-oriented Operations Manager who will help us build Zaria from the ground up. This person will work directly with the CEO and CTO to design, document, and execute the operational foundation of the company. You’ll be deeply involved in funds flow, client onboarding, data analytics, board reporting, and operational process design.
If you’re the kind of person who thrives in fast-moving, data-rich environments and loves translating complexity into structure, this is an opportunity to make an outsize impact at an early stage.
What You’ll Do
- Funds Flow & Transaction Support: Build and document loan and collateral movement workflows; ensure accuracy and audit-ready controls.
- Client Onboarding: Manage NDAs, servicing agreements, KYC/KYB materials, and coordination with custodians and counterparties.
- Data & Reporting: Build and maintain models, dashboards, and reports for internal use and board materials.
- Process Design: Create and refine operational workflows across servicing, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Project Management: Track cross-functional deliverables and coordinate between founders, vendors, and clients.
- Business Development: Support cold-outreach pipeline development, CRM management, and sales materials.
- General Operations: Jump in wherever needed—analyses, decks, filings, or systems setup.
Who You Are
- 3–7 years of experience in fintech, investment banking, credit funds, or structured finance.
- Exposure to operational, structuring, or lending workflows.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, Sheets, SQL a plus).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience at a fintech platform, loan servicer, bank, or digital-asset firm.
- Familiarity with custodians, wallets, or collateral management.
Why Zaria
You’ll join at the earliest stage and help define the company’s operational DNA. You’ll gain direct exposure to fintech infrastructure, structured credit, and digital assets—while working alongside experienced founders who have built and scaled businesses in credit and technology. You’ll be getting in at the ground floor, which offers enormous upside potential.
